Minnesota AAUW College/University Representatives

All two and four year regionally accredited institutions are eligible for College/University membership in AAUW. C/U member institutions appoint a representative who is the conduit for information and action on campus. C/U representatives are prominent faculty or administrators who can access top leadership and provide support to students. They are action-oriented and have an interest in AAUW issues.

AAUW College/University representatives:

  • disseminate AAUW research and policy briefs;
  • nominate campus programs for AAUW Legal Advocacy Fund Progress in Equity Awards;
  • lead the campus and community on gender issues;
  • disseminate information on AAUW fellowship and grant programs to faculty and students;
  • serve as a professional development resource; and
  • conduct research on campus climate issues.
